  4. To qualify for the €100 CashBack reward, customers must sign up to a new TV, Broadband and landline connection in store or with Carphone Warehouse online. Customers simply log on to the website, enter their unique code, print their claim form, complete correctly and in full and post to the address provided. Valid claims will be paid within 14 business days of receipt.
  5. To qualify for the €50 CashBack reward, customers must sign up to a standalone TV or Broadband connection in store or with Carphone Warehouse online. Customers simply log on to the website, enter their unique code, print their claim form, complete correctly and in full and post to the address provided. Valid claims will be paid within 14 business days of receipt.
  6. Customer will be issued their relevant CashBack voucher once they have completed the cooling offer period, the installation of their service and their first bill has been paid.

  8. Customer may log onto the website between 01 January and 31 January 2020 to claim their CashBack reward. Customers must print off, complete their form and post to the address provided within 30 days of the date of validation on their claim form. Any claims outside this period will not be accepted.
  9. Customers must validate the unique code and complete the CashBack claim form correctly and in full within the claim period.
  10. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt. The promoter or rewards partner cannot take responsibility for claim forms lost in the post or stolen.
  11. Upon receipt of your claim form, Sweete will process your application within 14 business days and your CashBack will be credited to your bank account.
  12. Please ensure to read your voucher in full before logging onto the promotional website as you can only enter your unique code once.
  13. Full bank account details must be submitted on your claim form. These include: Name on Account, Bank name, IBAN and BIC. Incorrect or incomplete bank details provided will result in non-payment and will be deemed as an invalid entry and will not be processed.
  14. You are required to have a valid bank account in the Republic of Ireland to enter this promotion. Cheques or cash cannot be issued. Monies due are transferred by bank account only.
  15. You will receive your CashBack via bank transfer within 14 business days of your successful claim being processed, credited by Kasulabo Ltd trading as Sweete. Please note depending on your bank, lodgement may take an additional 3 to 5 working days to clear into the account provided.
  16. The CashBack is non-transferable to any other person. The allocation of the reward will be to individuals bank account submitted on the claim form.
  17. Any incomplete or incorrect claim forms will be deemed unsuccessful.
  18. Claim forms received outside the claim period will not be deemed invalid and will not be processed.
